Chloe Jepps is the Secretary of CRSE and Deputy Head of Research at IPSE. At IPSE she designs and manages research projects to understand and support freelancers and the self-employed. She has in-depth knowledge of the sector, as well as the latest trends. She also has a special interest in wellbeing and the rise of female freelancers. Chloe has over 10 years’ experience in research, working for a range of leading organisations including membership organisations, not-for-profits and charities. She holds an MA in Social Research and a BSc in Psychology from the University of York.
