New to the research library is a video featuring Ondrej Dvouletý. In this video Dvouletý discusses his recent research presented at the Annual Global Research Workshop on Freelancing and Self-Employment 2018.
His research examines the motivations and goals of self-employed individuals with and without employees.
Dvouletý finds that the self-employed with and without employees differ in terms of education, age, gender, migration background and even living with a partner, and therefore they should be targeted differently by both researchers and policymakers.
